DEVELOP, SAVING

The seventh North Fort is located on the north side of the island of Kotlin, in the Neva Bay of the Gulf of Finland. The territory is an artificial island, connected with a dam. The object was built in 1855-1856 and is a historical defensive structure of the Kronstadt fortress, a monument of federal significance.
Being the living embodiment of the history of St. Petersburg and Russia, the Seventh Northern Fort occupies a special place in it. Its preservation and development is possible through a new functional content. The company "The Seventh Northern Fort" has developed a unique renovation project, which makes this territory a new cultural center of St. Petersburg, while preserving its historical appearance.

3D VISUALIZATION OF THE PROJECT

Studio Realvizart acted as a contractor when creating a set of presentation materials for the renovation project of the Seventh Northern Fort. The task of the studio's specialists was the creation of 3D-visualization of the project, as well as the development of visual functional schemes.
On the basis of the project coordinated with KGIOP, a three-dimensional model of the territory of the fort was developed with all buildings, facilities and landscaping on it. From the selected angles were obtained 3D images, which clearly illustrated the features of the renovation project. To create a reliable picture, participants in the work process plunged into the history and technology of building the fort.

PRESENTATION FILM

In addition to static 3D visualizations, the studio also created fragments of three-dimensional animation for the film about the Seventh Northern Fort. 3D animation allowed to present the updated territory of the fort as realistically as possible. The composition center of the film was a scene that demonstrates the process of transforming the fort. To create it, a 3D video animation was built into the real video card, shot from the unmanned drone; it is quite labor-intensive from a technical point of view, but a very spectacular episode.
The team of the Realvizart studio is proud of its participation in this significant project for St. Petersburg with a great future.
